All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by emailing Accessory Genie customer service at rma@accessorygenie.com or by calling 888-998-8879 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time). Please note your order number, item #'s of products being returned, and the reason for return. RMA numbers remain valid for 30 days. Please return your merchandise promptly after receiving an RMA number.
All returns must be shipped with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned product must be complete with the original manufacturer's packaging and any parts, cords, or manuals. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and/or incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 14 business days to process the return after it arrives at our warehouse. Any merchandise returned to Accessory Genie without authorization or a RMA number will be refused.
Defective Merchandise - Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase* for exchange or store credit.
At buyer's request, a product refund can be issued minus a $5.00 credit card/portal fee.
Non-Defective Merchandise - Non-defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase* for exchange, refund, or store credit. Non-defective items, open merchandise, and incomplete returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance. Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee.
Accessory Genie reserves the right to refuse any return. An RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
