I really love our little iPod player. The sound is amazing, especially the deep bass that you can get from it. Just beware: don't lose the remote! Our dog ate our remote, and there is no way to replace it. One of the main reasons we bought this was so that we could control it from across the room.

I am not a friend of cheap products, because they lower the degree of my expectation standards. But I was positively surprise when I received this inexpensive docking station and would describe this item as a quality solution for both charging the iPhone or iPod and listening to your music with a pretty decent fidelity sound

I got this to charge my iPhone and listen to Pandora at work. After buying another docking speaker with horrible sound, I was skeptical about the sound on any of these devices in this price range. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I have to leave it at lower volumes at work, when others leave I tend to crank it up a little - and it still sounds decent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that my iPhone had a hard case on it which prevented it from fitting on the docking attachment without taking the case off (not easy to do with that particular case) - so I had to switch to a silicone case which pops off quickly (not the end of the world). It would have been nice if they'd made that area a little wider to accommodate an iPhone with a case. Also, as someone else said earlier, the volume is preset to a certain level each time you turn it on instead of just remaining at the volume level it was last set to - but that's a minor inconvenience. All in all, a great value!

i'm a college student in desperate need for a simple speaker WITH built in sub-woofer, the ones with the stand alone woofers will take too much space. I've seen pretty much every speaker with built in woofers on amazon and this one definitely caught my attention with the appearance and good reviews. i must say though, the video review below definitely finalized my decision on this speaker and it was a risk well taken! i love it! it's soooo loud compared to the size and the remote is a plus, even though you have to push the buttons harder for it to work but nonetheless not a problem for me. if you're in need of a standard speaker that does it's job plus a bit more, then this is for you!! definitely a happy customer :)

This was actually a gift for my nephew's 13th birthday, and he loved it. The sound quality was amazing, and the bass sounded like it was coming from one of those tricked out cars. The remote was a huge benefit, and even being able to control the bass with the remote was an added bonus. Of course, he loved the look of it as well, very modern and futuristic. I am actually thinking about getting one for myself because it is an amazing quality for a very good price. Love the fact that it works with most iPod models as he had a nano and it was harder to find products like this that were compatible with nanos. Everything out there seems to be made for iPod touch or an iPhone, so this was great in that it will work with his current nano, and he just got an iPod touch for his birthday (that I did not know he was getting), so another bonus that it is compatible with that also. I received the Sona Wave HD and I was anxious to get it. I got it and I think for the money, it is worth it. The only problem that I have is with the remote. I thought that it would be simple but maybe I got a bad remote. Anyway, I do like the Sona Wave HD. I would recommend this to anyone.
