- If you’re encountering a shorter that normal run time with a rechargeable battery it’s a good idea to exercise the battery. To do this fully charge and then fully drain the battery by using it 2 or 3 times. After a few exercise cycles you should be good to go.
- If you are receiving an error message such as “camera requires info lithium battery” Please charge the battery overnight in order to fully charge the info circuitry.
- If your battery doesn’t seem to hold a charge after charging overnight, please try your charger with a different battery to confirm the charger is operating normally.
- If your battery doesn’t seem to fit and is too large or small, please double check that the model # of your original battery matches to the battery you have received.

BATTERY CHARGERS:
Most problems that customers encounter with battery chargers are easily and quickly resolved. Please try the following trouble shooting tips. If none of these steps help we would be happy to set you up with a quick and easy exchange.
Charge All or Light & Fast
- Please check to see if the LED light on the AC wall adapter is on. If not please try another active wall outlet.
- If your charger comes with several charging plates please refer to your owner’s manual to find the correct slot to place your battery in. When installing the plate on the charger base please also remember to line up the metal contacts on the base with the metal contacts on the bottom of the charging plate. Then align the plate on the base.
- If your battery does not fit properly into the charger please confirm that you have received the correct charger that matches the battery you have by referring to the model # on the charger label.
- Remember that charging time varies based on battery capacity and residual charge left in the battery. In some cases battery charge time can be several hours.
- In some cases if your battery is drained to a very low level it may take an hour or more for the charge light to turn on.
Home & Away
- If the green light on the charger comes on and the battery fits into place, BUT the LED light doesnt turn from green to red after the battery has been inserted or doesnt charge we can help fix this problem for you. If no charger lights come on the wall adapter, let us know that.
- The contacts on the charger may have gotten bent and they can be adjusted back into place very easily. Once this is done the charge light will turn from green to red on the charger and your battery will begin charging.
- Use of a simple paper clip the contacts on the charger can be pulled out a little further, back into proper position. Don't be concerned this wont damage the charger. If after you put the battery in the charger the red light doesn't come on, please repeat the process of pulling out the contacts a little further.
- The battery should be placed into the charger tilted down towards the contacts at a 45 degree angle.

Memory
- It isn't working in my camera.
- If you have ordered 4GB memory card for your camera, but it is not working, it may say “card locked” or “card incompatible.” The camera may not be able to handle a 4GB card. Check with owner’s manual provided by manufacturer, or check OEM website. If it turns out that the camera has a lower limit we would be happy to set up an exchange for 2 smaller cards.
- My camera can’t read the card any more or camera doesn’t recognize the card an more.
- Did the camera ever work with the card? If so, then the card may need to be reformatted. Try to read the card from a computer and reformat. Many things may have caused the corruption of the card including static electricity, temperature, vibrations or moisture.

iMusic:
- Remote is not working.
- Please note without the remote the base/dock cannot be turned on and blue light won’t appear.
- It could be either the battery or the base. If within 30 days we can send another battery, we can set up an exchange. BUT consider bringing the remote to radio shack and asking them to either test the battery or replace the battery.
- if that doesn’t work we can set up an exchange and you can send back the remote and base only and we can test and replace as needed.
- Sound quality is not good.
- If the sound is clear adjust the base and terrible via the remote.
- If there is cracking or distortion it could be a bad speaker and we can set up an exchange for the speakers and we can send replacements.
- One speaker is not working.
- Try to unplug and plug in again with a little force. Maybe the plug wasn’t in all the way.
